Refunds
14 days, no questions. If Unfela Mac Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full amount back.
How to ask
E-mail hello@unfela.com from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt from Polar. Include your order number if you have it. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
The refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Polar, our merchant of record. It usually appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, the license is no longer valid; Unfela keeps working on the free plan, and nothing you've extracted is lost.
Try before you buy
The free plan reads up to 50 new documents a month with the same extraction and checks as Mac Pro, so you can see how Unfela handles your own invoices first.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law where you live, and doesn't limit them.
